Ingredients:
4 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna in water, drained ( solid white in water)
1 (14 ounce) cans quartered artichoke hearts, drained well
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
3/4 cup sliced Greek olives, such as kalamata
1/2 small red onions, minced
1/4 cup minced Italian parsley (optional)
1/4 cup minced fresh basil
2 garlic cloves, minced ( 1 tsp)
1 teaspoon dried oregano or 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
1 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh not bottled
fresh ground pepper
