Mango, Banana and Blueberry Salad

Ingredients:
1 large mangoes
2 bananas, sliced
1 1/2 cups blueberries
3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2 teaspoons minced candied ginger

Directions:
Combine dressing ingredients and pour it over salad.
Serve on watercress, if desired.
