Ingredients:
1 teaspoon cold water
1 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 lb halves pecans
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225.
Mix water and egg white–whisk.
Mix with pecans.
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
Mix with pecans.
Spread on cookie sheet.
Bake for 45 minutes at 225 stirring occasionally.
Increase temp.
to 275 and continue baking for 15 minutes.
Cool.
Enjoy.
Taste better after a day or so.
