Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved or cut into 1-inch strips
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 1/4 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions:
Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
Shake chicken, one piece at a time, with breadcrumbs in large plastic food bag.
Bake at 425F degrees for about 15 minutes until golden brown and juice runs clear when pierced with fork.
