Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 green peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 bunches green onions, chopped
1 (11 1/2 ounce) cans tomato juice
1 (12 ounce) cans whole tomatoes ( blended)
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cups uncooked noodles
Directions:
Brown ground beef.
Before done, add all other ingredients and simmer covered for 20-30 minutes.
