Ingredients:
1 cup non-fat soymilk
1 (19 fluid ounce) cans unsweetened crushed canned pineapple
1 medium bananas
1/4 teaspoon coconut flavoring
Directions:
In a blender, combine pineapple, break up banana and add coconut flavouring.
Pour Soy milk into blender and mix until smooth.
