Ingredients:
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 cup canned pumpkin
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Butter an 8 inch square baking pan.
Beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and vanilla, beat well.
Add pumpkin, beat well.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture, beat well.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until toothpick in center comes out clean.
Cool in pan, slice and snack!
