Ingredients:
2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
1 (1 ounce) box sugar-free jello
1/2 cup boiling water
Directions:
Mix the gelatin with the boiling water until dissolved.
Put the cottage cheese in a blender and add the dissolved gelatin to it.
Blend until creamy looking.
Put in container and chill until it firms up!
