Ingredients:
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
1 (16 ounce) cans pumpkin
4 large eggs
2 cups flour ( perfect)
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
2 -3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Beat oil, sugar, pumpkin and eggs until blended.
Add remaining dry ingredients gradually.
Prepare 9×13 pan.
Spread batter in pan and bake in 350F oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cool.
For frosting, cream all ingredients together until well blended–smooth and creamy.
Frost bars.
