Ingredients:
1 cup oleo, softened
1 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes French vanilla instant pudding ( 4 serving size)
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/2 cups pecans (optional)
2 cups chocolate chips (any combination of flavors) or 2 cups peanut butter chips (any combination of flavors) or 2 cups butterscotch chips (any combination of flavors) or 2 cups white chocolate chips ( any combination of flavors)
Directions:
Mix oleo, dry pudding mix, sugars and vanilla.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add flour and baking soda.
Stir in nuts and chips.
Bake at 350F for 10-13 minutes.
