Herbed-Yogurt Baked Tomatoes

Ingredients:
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 large tomatoes
1/4 cup romano cheese ( grated)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine first 5 ingredients.
Core the tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes in half, crosswise.
Push out the seeds.
Place the tomatoes cut side up in an 8″ baking dish, sprayed with cooking spray.
Spoon 1/4 of the mix into each tomato half.
Sprinkle with the Romano cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes.
