Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins
Directions:
Stir together first five ingredients.
Brush tenderloin with olive oil and roll in the crumb mixture until completely covered.
Roast at 425F for about 25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160.
Rest 10 minutes before slicing.
