Ingredients:
2 scoops protein powder
2 scoops hemp seeds
8 ounces water
1 ripe bananas
1/2 cup frozen strawberries or 1/2 cup blueberries or 1/2 cup peaches
1 tablespoon powdered wheat grass
1 dash vanilla
