Ingredients:
2 cups frozen hash brown potatoes
2 cups chopped ham
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped bell peppers
2 cups shredded cheese ( cheddar is best)
chopped chives
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
Directions:
Melt butter; add potatoes, onion and pepper.
Cook until all are tender about 10 minutes, add ham and continue to cook until ham is heated through.
Remove from heat and add cheese, serve on a warm platter sprinkled with chopped chives.
