Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
6 tomatillos
2 garlic cloves
1 onions
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
2 serrano peppers
2 lemons, juice of
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Grill peppers and tomatillos.
In food processor, blend garlic, peppers and salt. Add tomatillos, lemon juice and avocado, blend again.
Serve on salsa dish and garnish with onion rings and chopped cilantro.
