Ingredients:
1 loaf French bread ( approx. 16 oz.)
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, softened
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Cut the bread into 8 slices.
In a small bowl, combine the butter and the garlic powder.
Spread on one side of each slice of bread.
Place bread, buttered side up, on a grill over medium heat for 2 minutes or until browned.
Turn and grill 2 minutes longer or until browned.
Yield: 8 servings.
