Ingredients:
2 cups mint chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup karo white corn syrup
3 1/2 cups flour
4 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the mint chocolate chips in a double boiler.
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
Blend in the melted chocolate.
Add the corn syrup.
Sift and gradually add the dry ingredients.
Roll into one inch balls and dip tops in white sugar.
Place 3 inches apart on greased cookie sheet.
Bake about 8 minutes.
Watch as they burn easily.
