Ingredients:
6 pork chops, trimmed
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cans fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup sliced celery
1 dash sage
salt and pepper

Directions:
Place pork chops in 9×13 pan.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sage.
Mix all the remaining ingredients.
Pour over the chops.
Bake 1 hour at 350 F.
