Ingredients:
2 slices granary bread
1 tablespoon horseradish cream
1/2 oranges, peeled and thinly sliced into rounds
2 slices boneless smoked mackerel, skinned and flaked
Directions:
Lightly toast bread slices. Spread each slice with horseradish cream. Top with orange slices and pieces of mackerel. Grill/broil under medium-low heat 2-3 minutes.
