Ingredients:
5 tomatoes, chopped
2 celery, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
1 medium onions, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
1 packet Equal sugar substitute
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon vegetables or 1 tablespoon salad oil
1 lb spaghetti
Directions:
Put the vegetables in a pot and cover tightly.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 min.
Add seasonings.
Cover pot, cook medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
Add oil and simmer for 30 min. or until carrots are tender.
Cook spaghetti, drain.
Toss with the sauce.
