Ingredients:
1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/2 cup onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell peppers
3/4 cup uncooked rice
1 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
In a large skillet heat oil and butter.
Add chicken, onion, and green pepper; cook and stir until the chicken is lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.
In a medium bowl mix all other ingredients.
Add chicken and vegetable and mix together.
Pour into a greased 1-1/2 qt baking dish.
Cover and bake at 375 for 60 minutes or until the rice is tender.
