Ingredients:
3 tablespoons dry tapioca
1/4 cup sugar
1 dash salt
1 cup water
1 (6 ounce) cans frozen orange juice concentrate
1 1/2 cups water
2 oranges, cut into bite size pieces
2 bananas, sliced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup raspberries or 1 cup strawberries

Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Add orange concentrate and water. Chill, then add fruit and lemon juice.

Servings: 10-12

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 15 min.
