Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onions, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 -2 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
3 cups cooked rice ( cooked in chicken broth)
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet until hot.
Add onions, cilantro, garlic and pepper.
Cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes or until onion is tender.
Add rice and stir until blended.
Cook 3 minutes sor until thoroughly heated.
