Ingredients:
1/2 cup fig preserves
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon chili paste
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
2 (1 lb) pork tenderloins
fresh ground pepper
cooking spray
fresh chives ( to garnish)
Directions:
heat grill to medium-high.
spray with cooking spray.
combine first 4 ingredients with a whisk.
sprinkle tenderloins with salt and pepper and add to the grill.
cook 18-20 minutes, basting with the sauce and turning over occasionally until internal temperature reaches 160.
slice and garnish with fresh chives.
