Ingredients:
1/2 white cabbage, shredded
2 carrots, peeled and grated
1 apples, grated coarsely
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for a minimum of half an hour to allow flavours to develop.
