Ingredients:
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese ( 4 ounces)
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter, softened
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour into ungreased baking pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs are set.
