Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 eggs
1 large onions, sliced in rings
1 (10 ounce) cans beef broth
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions:
Mix first 5 ingredients.
Shape into patties.
Cook and brown patties, add onion, broth and mushrooms.
Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
Heat onion to boiling.
Remove patties.
Mix water and cornstarch.
Add to skillet and stir until thickened.
