Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, sliced
2 red onions, thinly sliced and separated into rings
1/2 cup vinegar
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
Directions:
Combine sliced cucumber and onions with all other ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
