Ingredients:
1 English cucumbers, sliced in 1/2 pieces
1 bunch radishes, quartered
1/2 cup kalamata olives
1 bunch arugula, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/3 lb feta cheese, cubed
Directions:
Combine cucumber, radishes, olives and arugula in a medium bowl.
Add olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt and pepper.
Mix in cheese.
