Ingredients:
3 cups skim milk
1/2 cup sugar, plus
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup egg substitute
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Whisk together all ingredients.
Pour into a 2 liter casserole dish.
Bake in a water bath at 350 for 40 minute.

Servings: 8

Time preparation: 20 min.

Time total: 60 min.
