Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts ( cubed)
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon basil
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 onions
1/2 cup single cream
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper ( to season)
any pasta ( amount as required)
Directions:
chop and fry onion in oil for a few mins.
Add chicken and garlic and season, cook for about 10 mins over medium heat.
Add all spices and cook for a further 3 minutes.
Add tin of tomatoes stir and cook on low heat until chicken cooked for about 15-20 minutes.
add cream and heat through for a few mins.
serve on chosen pasta.
