Ingredients:
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 lb kielbasa, cut into 1/2 inch slices
3 cups cooked rice
1 (16 ounce) cans red kidney beans or 1 (16 ounce) cans pinto beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
Directions:
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add Kielbasa and cook until browned.
Drain.
Stir in rice and beans and barbecue sauce.
Cook about 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
