Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups salsa
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon cornstarch
4 -6 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Combine the salsa, sugar, mustard and cornstarch in a small bowl and pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
Bake for 20-30 minutes at 400 degrees or until done.

Servings: 4-6

Time total: 35 min.
