Ingredients:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup cottage cheese
1 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies, drained
8 ounces shredded monterey jack cheese ( 2 cups)
1 (4 ounce) jars whole pimientos (optional)
green peppers (optional)

Directions:
Combine flour, salt, and butter in a large bowl.
Add next 4 ingredients; mix well.
Pour mixture into a lightly greased 10x6x2″ baking dish.
Garnish with pimiento and green pepper, if desired.
Bake, uncovered, at 375F for 30 minutes.

Servings: 8
