Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
2 cups buttermilk
1 teaspoon grated lemons, rind of
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions:
Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved.
Pour into 1-quart ice-cream freezer.
Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
