Ingredients:
3 cups carrots, cut in small strips
3 teaspoons butter
4 teaspoons orange juice
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ginger
Directions:
Stir fry carrots in butter till, crisp tender.
Remove from pan.
Mix juice and cornstarch.
Add to butter and stir for 1 minutes.
Add ginger and stir.
Return carrots and mix well.
Heat through.
