Ingredients:
3 unpeeled potatoes, boiled
4 cups cabbage, chopped
1/2 yellow onions, chopped
Directions:
Mash the potatoes.
Add the greens and onion.
Mix together and form into patties by hand.
Fry over medium-low heat until golden brown on the bottom.
