Ingredients:
6 cups broccoli florets, thawed and chopped
1/2 cup onions, finely chopped
1 lb ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mixing until well blended.
Spoon into a 10-inch quiche plate or deep dish pie plate.
Bake 60 to 65 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
