Ingredients:
12 ounces brie round
1 (18 ounce) containers caramel apple dip
7 ounces mixed dried fruit
8 ounces large cashews
10 ounces firm crackers
Directions:
Cut off top rind of brie. Center cheese on a plate. Cover with caramel apple dip. Sprinkle with dried fruit, then the cashews. Surround with crackers and serve.
