Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup blueberries
1 jar mangoes ( in fresh fruits section of some stores)

Directions:
Combine wheat flour, milk, and 1/2 cup sugar in baking dish.
Pour fruit inside.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour.

Servings: 4-5

Time preparation: 3 min.

Time total: 48 min.
