Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 bananas, peeled and broken into pieces
24 frozen blueberries
1 cup vanilla-flavored almond milk or 1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
1/3 cup rolled oats
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until it all turns blueish purple.
Pour into a large glass. Enjoy!
