Ingredients:
5 carrots, peeled and chopped
3 celery ribs, chopped
1 onions, chopped
garlic powder
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 yellow bell peppers, chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) cans green beans
2 zucchini, sliced
1/4 cup parsley flakes
2 chicken bouillon cubes
salt and pepper
Directions:
Put all ingredients in a large pot, and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5-10 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 15 minutes.
