Ingredients:
2 lbs salmon fillets or 2 lbs salmon steaks
6 fluid ounces olive oil
2 -3 tablespoons mixed herbs ( chef’s choice, such as parsley, dill, chives)
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
lemon wedges ( to garnish)
Directions:
Rinse and dry the salmon steaks or fillets.
Mix the oil, herbs and lemon juice.
Coat the outside of the salmon with the oil mixture.
Fire up the grill!
Cook the salmon on the grill for roughly 5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the flesh.
When done, the salmon will be flaky and pale in colour.
Remove the fish from the grill or broiler and serve with a lemon garnish.
