Ingredients:
6 pork loin chops, thick cut
1 (8 ounce) cans whole berry cranberry sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 can peach halves in syrup, drained and chilled
Directions:
Place pork chops in a baking dish.
Mix cranberry sauce, lemon juice, almond extract and nutmeg and pour over pork, saving enough of the sauce to put 1 teaspoon in each of the peach halves.
Bake at 375 degrees F.
until chops are done, about 45-55 minutes.
Arrange pork and peach halves on a platter to serve.
