Ingredients:
2 cups zucchini, peeled and shredded
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 eggs
Directions:
Allow zucchini to rest in colandar so excess juice will drain off.
Combine with remaining ingredients and form into patties.
Fry in oil over medium heat, browning on one side, then turn to brown on the other side.
