Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
1/3-2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 teaspoon paprika
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
cumin, to taste (optional)
1/2 teaspoon crushed dried hot peppers ( , or less)
3 -4 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 eggs, beaten
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Form into 4 patties, brush with oil and grill.
