Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) boxes lemon cake mix
1 (3 1/2 ounce) packages instant pineapple pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup oil
1 (10 ounce) bottles 7-Up soda
2 eggs
1 (8 ounce) cans crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2-1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine
1 cup coconut
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes.
Mix all icing ingredients together and cook over medium heat until thick.
Pour over cake while still hot.
