Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 eggs
2 cups shredded zucchini
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Mix dry ingredients.
Combine oil and eggs with vanilla; add to dry ingredients, mix well.
Add zucchini, stir until combined well.
Fold in walnuts.
Place in greased 13×9 baking pan.
Bake at 350* for 40 minutes, or until pick comes out clean.

Servings: 16

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 55 min.
