Ingredients:
2 sweet onions
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
Cut each onion crosswise into 4 slices; secure onion slices with toothpicks to hold shape& set aside.
Blend mustard, oil, and chili powder in small bowl.
Grill onion slices over medium heat 6 to 7 minutes each side, brushing with mixture and turing occasionally till fully cooked& well glazed.
Remove toothpicks& serve!
