Ingredients:
16 graham crackers, crushed
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
21 ounces pie filling
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 pint whipped cream
Directions:
Grease 9×9 inch pan, mix first three ings.and press in pan.
Beat eggs, add sugar and cream cheese,mix well and place on cracker crust-bake 20 minutes in 350 degree oven-let cool.
Mix 1 can pie filling and 1 teaspoon lemon juice-spread on top of cooled mixture.
Top with 1/2 pint whipped cream.
Chill.
